These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern orders placed on MODEACC, a fashion marketplace operated by BRAHIM SAIDI (trading name SAIIDI), a sole trader registered under SIRET 924 495 914 00013. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
MODEACC is operated by BRAHIM SAIDI, sole trader (SIRET 924 495 914 00013), based at 10 rue Charles Lauth, 75018 Paris, France. Contact: contact@modeacc.com.
MODEACC is a fashion marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors offering clothing, shoes, and accessories. Each product is sold by the vendor who lists it; MODEACC handles payment, order tracking, and customer support.
Products are offered subject to each vendor's available stock. Photographs are provided by vendors and have no contractual value. All prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included.
An order is confirmed after online payment by bank card. Payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe; MODEACC never stores any card data. The order is final only once payment is confirmed.
Orders are delivered anywhere in Morocco within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the vendor and delivery city. Shipping fees are shown before payment and waived above a minimum order amount.
By law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to return an item, with no reason required. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in case of our error. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the item, according to the payment method used.
Products sold on MODEACC are supplied by independent vendors, who are solely responsible for their compliance and quality. MODEACC cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, internet network failures, or events of force majeure.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact MODEACC at contact@modeacc.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Melun (Seine-et-Marne) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
