Returns
Withdrawal period
By law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, with no reason required.
Return conditions
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
How to proceed
Contact us at contact@modeacc.com or via WhatsApp with your order number. We will guide you through the return process.
Refund
The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item, according to the payment method used for the order.
Return costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in case of our error (non-conforming, defective, or wrong item).
