Delete my account
You can delete your MODEACC account at any time, from this page or from the Account tab in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
What gets erased
— Your name, e-mail and phone number
— Your saved delivery addresses
— Your wishlist, cart and back-in-stock alerts
— Your loyalty points and newsletter subscription
What is kept
Past orders are kept as accounting records, with no link to your identity. Your product reviews stay published anonymously.
Sign in to delete your account. We need to check that this account is yours.
